To receive funding, organizations or individuals must:
- Have tax-exempt status under IRS code 501(c)(3), or be a qualified government agency, tribal entity, or public school or school system.
- Demonstrate fiscal and administrative stability. We strive to support nonprofits that contribute 70% or more of their contributions to their cause as demonstrated through their IRS form 990. Ultimately, the most crucial factor is the impact and effectiveness of a nonprofit organization’s program in achieving its mission.
